How It Works: From Purchase to Home
Welcome! We’re thrilled you’re considering a Coway machine for your home. Whether you’re looking to rent or purchase a drinking water system or an air purifier, we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect every step of the way.
Step 1: Deciding to Rent or Purchase
Renting a Machine:
- Maintenance: Your machine will require maintenance about once a quarter.
- Lease Agreement: Depending on your lease term (3, 5, or 6 years), all filtration changes are free for the duration of your lease.
- Service: A Coway technician will visit your home to provide necessary filters and service your machine at no extra cost. No delivery fee, no materials fee, no service fee.
Purchasing a Machine:
- Coverage: When you purchase a machine outright, you are covered for one year on machine servicing, warranty, and filter replacements.
- Post-Warranty: After the first year, you will need to purchase your own filters. Our Coway technician will still be available for servicing.
Step 2: Placing Your Order
- Online Purchase: Visit our website and select the machine that best suits your needs. When you decide, call Sandy at 213-239-3249 to confirm
- Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a phone call from our Coway Customer Service Representative to coordinate a time to install your machine.
Step 3: Delivery and Installation
- Your Coway machine will be delivered and installed at the agreed upon date and time by our Coway Technician. We ensure timely and safe delivery of all our products. Please note that someone must be on premises to allow entry.
Step 4: Enjoying Your Coway Machine
- Usage: Start using your Coway machine to enjoy clean, purified water or air. Our machines are designed for ease of use and long-term reliability.
- Maintenance: For rented machines, quarterly maintenance will be scheduled. Our Coway Customer Service team will contact you to arrange a replacement as your scheduled date approaches. For purchased machines, you can schedule maintenance as needed.
Step 5: Filter Replacements and Servicing
- Rented Machines: Filter replacements and servicing are included in your lease agreement. A Coway technician will handle everything.
- Purchased Machines: During the first year, filter replacements and servicing are covered. After that, you can purchase filters from our website and schedule servicing as needed.
Step 6: Additional Purchases
- Filters: If you need to purchase additional filters, visit our website:
